1-to-1 ADHD Coaching

Coaching that starts with you
There isn't a standard version of ADHD — and there shouldn't be a standard version of ADHD coaching.

1-to-1 coaching with ADHDAndy gives you dedicated space to explore what's happening for you, understand what might be getting in the way, and develop approaches that work with your brain rather than constantly fighting against it.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed goal. Sometimes knowing that something isn't working is enough of a place to start.

And you don't need a formal ADHD diagnosis. If you identify with ADHD or neurodivergent experiences and feel coaching could help, you're welcome.

What can we work on?

Coaching is led by what matters to you. That might include:

-
Overwhelm, procrastination and getting started
-
Organisation, planning and managing competing priorities
-
Confidence and self-belief
-
Rejection sensitivity and difficult emotions
-
Work, interviews and career changes
-
Communication and relationships
-
Creating routines that actually work for you
-
Understanding your own ADHD patterns
-
Navigating change or periods when life simply feels like too much
-

Or it might be something completely different. I have worked with people requiring support at work. preparing for an interview or preparing to for a tribunal.

The aim isn't to turn you into someone who owns seventeen colour-coded planners and gets up cheerfully at 5am.
It's to find your way of doing things.

What happens in a coaching session?

Sessions are conversations, not lessons.

We'll identify what you'd like to explore, make sense of what's happening and work together to identify practical next steps. I'll ask questions, challenge assumptions when it's useful, help you notice patterns
and give you space to think without judgement.

Some sessions might result in a clear action plan. Others might result in understanding something about yourself differently.
Both can be progress.
Â
Coaching doesn't only happen during the hour
Your session also involves work before and afterwards.
I prepare for our conversation, review relevant information from previous sessions and, where appropriate, provide notes, resources or agreed actions afterwards.
That means you aren't simply paying for an hour on a video call. You're paying for a piece of individual coaching built around you.

Online coaching

1-to-1 sessions are available online, allowing us to work together wherever you are.

For many ADHD brains, online coaching can also remove some of the barriers involved in accessing support — no travelling, unfamiliar rooms or worrying about getting somewhere on time.
Â
You can join from somewhere you feel comfortable.
And if sitting perfectly still staring into a webcam isn't your thing, that's absolutely fine too.

Face to Face coaching

If you are fortunate to live in Nottingham or an area close to Nottingham, and would prefer to meet Face to Face, please email and we can discuss what opportunities there are to accomodate this.
